The Anne Frank Fonds works closely with various international organisations.
In 2012, the Anne Frank Fonds founded the «Frank Family Centre» together with the City of Frankfurt and the Jewish Museum of the City of Frankfurt. The core of the centre comprises the archives of the Frank, Elias, Stern and Kahn families, of other branches of the family, and of the Anne Frank Fonds, together with the publication history of, among others, the Diaries of Anne Frank. The history of the Frank family forms an integral part of the permanent exhibition of the Jewish Museum. In addition, the centre carries out research and educational work.

UNICEF and the Anne Frank Fonds have been in partnership since 2013 and have initialised a global birth registration programme. Through the publication of the Diaries of Anne Frank, young people are informed of the Convention of the Rights of the Child, which is included in some editions under the title «Children have rights».
Projet Aladin / Projekt Aladin
The aim of the Aladdin Project is to promote intercultural relationships, in particular between Jews and the Arab world. The values anchored in the constitutions as well as knowledge, education and history are central to overcoming ignorance, prejudice and hatred. The objective is to achieve mutual knowledge and communication through the production and translation of books, feature films, documentaries, websites and other sources of information in the languages of the populations affected. The Diary of Anne Frank plays an important role in this, which is why the Anne Frank Fonds makes non-material, staffing and financial contributions to the Aladdin Project, which is under the patronage of UNESCO.

The Anne Frank Fonds and the New Israel Fund (NIF) have formed a partnership to fund projects in Israel. The centre of all NIF activities is the promotion of co-existence, equality and democracy for all Israeli citizens and inhabitants of the country.
